Kelly wants to give her students what yoga has given her. Peace, calm, challenge, and strength are some of the things that you will leave class with. You can expect gentle stretching, breath work, meditation, and poses that will strengthen your body without straining it. Kelly believes that any one with any body can benefit from her classes, especially if you have an open mind.
Kelly is a certified yoga instructor, and has training in mindfulness based stress reduction, restorative yoga, and yoga for healthy aging. Her training and life experiences are combined to give students a unique yoga experience that you will come to crave. Many yoga instructors have inspired her along the way and helped shape the style that she brings to the mat.
