In Person Classes
Hatha yoga combines breath with movement for a deeper connection to yourself. Kelly teaches to the beginner level (even if you have never tried yoga before), and offers deeper, more challenging options for those who wish. Our hope is that no one misses out on the benefits of yoga because they are worried about 'doing it right' or not being 'flexible enough'. Trust us, everyone is focused on their own practice and what is going on on their own mat.
We invite you to come as you are - whatever your day may look like. Sometimes that means hanging out in Savasana the whole time!
It is your practice.

Yoga Etiquette
For everyone's experience
*Arrive early to settle in (10 minutes is appropriate, 15 for first time)
*Plan to stay for the entire class - skipping out on savasana not only cuts your practice off, but is disruptive to others
*Ensure cell phones and smart watches are off or in silent mode and left with your shoes at the door
*Avoid scents as many people including myself have sensitivities to the chemicals they contain
*Come as you are and respect that others are coming as they are
